Community Manager (BTR) – Covey Homes Harvest Meadows

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Covey Homes Harvest Meadows property, leading staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and Greystar policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage property budgets, analyze financial statements, and monitor revenue targets.
• Approve vendor invoices, control expenditures, and handle petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, resident applications, renewals, inspections, evictions, and fee collections.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and aesthetic standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate property staff in line with company policies.
• Maintain owner relationships through regular updates, tours, and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution, and customer‑service skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Strong skills in Internet use, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on‑site.
