Commercial Account Manager / Commercial CSR

About the role

An established independent insurance agency is hiring a Commercial Account Manager / Commercial CSR to support a sophisticated Commercial Lines book. This role offers the chance to build client relationships, manage complex service work, and thrive in a collaborative, relationship‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support Commercial Lines client relationships.
• Coordinate renewals, endorsements, certificates, coverage documentation, and ongoing account service.
• Partner with producers, carriers, and internal colleagues to deliver responsive, high‑quality client support.
• Use AMS360 to maintain accurate account records and manage service workflows.
• Support a diverse commercial book with exposure to complex property and real‑estate‑related accounts.

Required profile

• Active Property & Casualty license in New York or Connecticut.
• At least three years of Commercial Lines insurance experience.
• Experience as a Commercial Account Manager, Commercial CSR, or similar client‑service professional.
• Hands‑on experience with AMS360.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through.
• Comfort working onsite during onboarding and collaborating closely with the agency team.
