Collections Associate

About the role

The Collections Associate will support KONE's New York Metro District, handling B2B credit collection tasks across all five boroughs and New Jersey. This hybrid position is based in Manhattan and involves managing the full collections dispute process.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate contact with customers regarding outstanding balances and follow up appropriately.
• Coordinate and facilitate dispute resolution with relevant internal parties.
• Document status updates and details for stakeholder reporting.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and disputes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B collections experience.
• Associate’s degree in a related field or 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage collections disputes from start to finish.
• Strong collaboration skills across all organizational levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills.
