CMO Partnership Manager – Manufacturing Relations

About the role

Elemental Enzymes is seeking a self‑motivated CMO Partnership Manager to serve as the primary liaison between the company and its contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs). The role is central to ensuring smooth production scheduling, communication, and documentation for sustainable biochemical solutions in agriculture.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for assigned strategic CMOs, managing day‑to‑day communication, meetings, and issue triage.
• Secure and maintain production slots, coordinate project timelines, and align CMO activities with internal demand forecasts.
• Oversee onboarding of new CMOs, including NDAs, vendor setup in NetSuite, and readiness processes.
• Manage logistics for site visits, audits, raw material inbound shipments, and finished‑goods outbound shipments.
• Maintain accurate CMO records in NetSuite, the internal MRP tracker, and Box, including batch records and COAs.
• Administer CMO agreements, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation, and track performance metrics such as on‑time delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years relevant experience, or high school diploma with 5+ years experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and high attendance reliability.

Required skills

• NetSuite ERP system.
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Lists).
• Box document‑management platform.
