About the role
The Club Supervisor at Crossing Creeks Country Club will manage daily operations, staff scheduling, and ensure top‑notch service for members and guests.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain high‑level customer service and professionalism.
- Prepare work schedules and ensure outdoor staff arrive on time.
- Communicate proactively with the General Manager.
- Monitor staff performance, conduct evaluations, and address issues.
- Supervise outdoor staff, independent contractors, and maintenance personnel.
- Cover cart staff and field marshal duties as needed.
Required profile
- Positive attitude and passion for the club.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to meet scheduling demands.
- Integrity, responsibility, and accountability.
- Maintain TABC/food handling license.
