Field Marshall – Golf & Recreation Club

About the role

Crossing Creeks Country Club is seeking a full‑time Field Marshall to support daily operations in a fun, member‑focused environment. The role runs from 11:00 AM until sundown and involves direct interaction with members, guests, and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phones, schedule tee times, and register golf members and guests.
• Sell merchandise, food, and beverages and assist with tournaments and clinics.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds, courts, bathrooms, and outdoor areas.
• Pick up and wash range balls, enforce member/guest registration, and handle trash removal.
• Report issues to the Club Supervisor and provide leadership to co‑workers.

Required profile

• Positive attitude, strong customer‑service focus and ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent verbal and non‑verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to meet scheduling demands and ability to work unsupervised.
• Integrity, responsibility, and willingness to take initiative.
• Maintain TABC/food‑handling license and be fluent in English.
