About the role

The Clinical Therapy Specialist provides direct therapeutic services to patients within the Behavioral Health Service Line. This position works as part of a multidisciplinary psychiatry team and operates on a day‑shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical therapy services to patients within the Behavioral Health Service Line.
• Collaborate with psychiatry and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy sessions during day‑shift hours in an on‑site clinical setting.

Required profile

• Eligibility to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Current or prior experience in clinical therapy or behavioral health is preferred.
