Clinical Team Coordinator (Registered Nurse)

About the role

The Clinical Team Coordinator (CTC) supports daily clinical operations, provides direct patient care, and assists the Nurse Manager in aligning the unit with LVHN’s clinical vision and operational priorities. This 24/7 frontline leadership position ensures continuity of care, staffing efficiency, and high‑quality patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical and operational resource, including on‑call, holiday and weekend coverage.
• Supervise a team of nurses, directing workflow, staffing adjustments, and quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure consistent interdisciplinary care plans and patient throughput.
• Manage day‑to‑day budgeting tasks, staff scheduling, payroll reconciliation and overtime authorizations.
• Address patient, family and physician concerns through effective communication and escalation.
• Support staff development, performance evaluations, corrective actions and educational programs.

Required profile

• BSN degree.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in an acute‑care setting.
• Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania (or New Jersey) at hire.
• BLS certification per organizational policy.
