About the role

The Radiology Administration at the University of Miami seeks a Clinical Program Coordinator to oversee program development, daily operations, and financial performance. This hybrid position supports the university’s mission by ensuring efficient imaging workflows and safe AI integration.

Key responsibilities

Evaluate program effectiveness, analyze results, and recommend actions.
Coordinate clinical program activities across departments to maximize efficiency.
Monitor imaging dashboards, AI algorithm performance, and pending imaging reports.
Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient data.
Prepare financial and operational reports for management.
Support radiologists and providers with communication, STAT/VIP cases, and workflow troubleshooting.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum two years of experience in clinical program coordination or related healthcare operations.

Required skills

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient data protection.
Experience with radiology systems such as PACS, Epic, PowerScribe, and AI tools (AIDOC, AI algorithms).
