About the role

The Clinical Pharmacist – Pediatrics (PRN) provides clinical pharmacy services to pediatric critical care patients at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. The role supports inpatient pediatric pharmacy practice and may include exposure to NICU, PCICU, and inpatient pharmacy operations.

Key responsibilities

Provide safe, efficient, patient‑centered, evidence‑based medication services.
Verify medication orders and dispense medications in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Document services accurately and timely.
Ensure pharmacy operations meet national accreditation standards.
Educate and train students, residents, other caregivers, and patients.

Required profile

PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college.
Current state licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (or eligibility for reciprocity within 90 days).
Board certification preferred.
Completion of a PGY1 residency, fellowship, or two years of relevant post‑graduate pharmacy experience.
Previous inpatient experience strongly preferred.
