Clinical Pharmacist – Inpatient Operations, Nights (7‑on/7‑off)

About the role

The Clinical Pharmacist will work night shifts on a 7‑on/7‑off schedule, rotating through Central Pharmacy, Neurology, Pediatric Satellite Pharmacies and potentially the Emergency Department. The role provides patient‑centered medication services in an inpatient setting.

Key responsibilities

• Verify medication orders and dispense medications accurately in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Document medication services promptly and ensure pharmacy operations meet national accreditation standards.
• Provide safe, evidence‑based medication therapy and educate patients, students, residents and other caregivers.

Required profile

• PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (or eligibility for reciprocity within 90 days).
• At least two years of post‑graduate experience in an inpatient or acute‑care setting.

Required skills

• Medication verification and dispensing.
• Sterile compounding techniques.
