About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join its Inpatient Pharmacy team on the Main Campus. After a comprehensive onboarding and training program, the pharmacist will work a 7‑on/7‑off night‑shift schedule, providing critical pharmacy support across the hospital.

Required profile

PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college.
Current state licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) or eligibility for reciprocation within 90 days of hire.
At least one year of experience in retail, community, ambulatory, specialty, mail‑order, or related pharmacy practice.
Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lb for the majority of the shift.

Sterile compounding and USP compliance.
Hospital pharmacy operations and workflow.
