Clinical Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Clinical Operations Specialist to ensure the accuracy of our AI‑driven revenue platform. You will handle the edge‑case queue that automation cannot resolve and help improve the system by identifying patterns and feeding them back to product and engineering. The role is open to recent graduates; healthcare experience is a plus but not required.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Exception Queue, resolving intake, eligibility, authorization, notice, and claim cases that fall outside automation.
• Audit automation outputs for quality, consistency, and compliance before they reach payers or agencies.
• Investigate denied or underpaid claims, determine root causes, and drive appeals to resolution.
• Configure rules, mappings, and coverage logic in internal tools to keep solved problems solved.
• Partner with product and engineering to refine logic for intake, eligibility, authorization, and billing workflows.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Comfort making judgment calls on unfamiliar cases and documenting playbooks.
• Exceptional attention to detail in revenue‑cycle work.
• Clear, concise written communication for documenting causes and escalations.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments with a high ownership mentality.
