Clinical Data Analyst

About the role

The Clinical Data Analyst (CDA) is a mid‑level individual contributor supporting the Data Sciences department. The role focuses on building and maintaining reporting and analytics solutions that enhance clinical study data visibility for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and maintenance of a standard library of reporting solutions (reports, dashboards, visualizations) for Data Sciences and other teams.
• Gather requirements from cross‑functional groups and configure solutions to meet study‑specific or operational needs.
• Conduct validation activities, support release processes, and provide training on new standard reports.
• Design, build, and maintain operational and performance metrics governance, analyzing large data sets to identify process improvements.
• Participate in strategy, integration, and validation of data reporting systems, acting as a technical subject‑matter expert.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience in clinical data analysis or related data‑science environments.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams, gather requirements, and deliver validated reporting solutions.
• Experience contributing to data standards governance and operational performance initiatives.
