About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Physician (MD/DO) with a California medical license to join our expanding health center in Scotia, CA. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, encompassing diagnostics, procedures, counseling, and ongoing care management.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.
• Interpret laboratory and imaging test results.
• Document patient encounters in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Supervise and collaborate with mid‑level practitioners.
• Travel to multiple clinic locations as needed.
• Provide preventive care, counseling, and chronic disease management.

Required profile

• Active California medical license (MD or DO).
• Experience in a primary‑care setting.
• Self‑directed, team‑oriented, with strong communication abilities.
• Proficient computer skills and comfort with digital documentation.
