Clinical Coordinator

About the role

The Clinical Coordinator provides clinical intervention services to adults with substance use disorders in both residential and outpatient settings, under the supervision of the Outpatient Programs Administrator.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical team, assign caseloads, schedule staff, conduct audits of client records.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and document all client interactions.
• Provide individual and group interventions, including crisis management.
• Facilitate coordination of care, case reviews, and after‑care services.
• Supervise hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions for staff.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1‑2 years of behavioral health experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Meet Arizona Department of Health Services requirements (age, licensing, CPR/First Aid/Narcan, TB test, fingerprint clearance, background checks).
• Valid AZ driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record preferred.
