Bilingual Client Concierge (Contract)

About the role

The Client Concierge provides high‑level, bilingual customer service to new and existing clients of Counseling 4 Kids, guiding them through intake, scheduling, and resource navigation while supporting clinical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review consent and attendance agreements with caregivers and ensure understanding of expectations.
• Verify Medi‑Cal eligibility, assist families with enrollment, and coordinate first treatment appointments.
• Contact clients within 24 hours of a missed appointment to promote consistent attendance.
• Provide referrals, coordinate transportation (e.g., Lyft Concierge), and maintain communication with community agencies.
• Document interactions, service plans, and billing information in Exym following DMH standards.

Required profile

• Demonstrated exceptional customer service and ability to build trust with clients and families.
• Strong collaborative skills to work with clinical teams and external partners.
• High attention to detail ensuring documentation meets agency and DMH requirements.
• Ability to listen actively and communicate effectively in bilingual settings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Exym documentation system for case notes and billing.
• Knowledge of DMH (Department of Mental Health) billing and reporting standards.
