Clinical Care Coordinator

About the role

As a Clinical Care Coordinator at Amae Health, you will join the founding team of a new high‑acuity mental‑health clinic in Orange, CA. You will help shape the clinic’s daily operations, culture, and member experience, working closely with clinicians, therapists, and support staff.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate group activities, wellness programs, and community‑building events for members.
• Support members’ daily experiences, ensuring they feel welcomed and engaged.
• Manage clinic communications, maintain accurate member records, and assist with scheduling.
• Collaborate with clinicians to share member insights and contribute to a coordinated care approach.
• Assist with general clinic operations, including inventory, supplies, and administrative tasks.
