Clinical Application Specialist – Philadelphia, PA, NJ & NY

About the role

Bring your passion for patient care and technology to this position where you will lead the delivery of Image Guided Therapy (IGT) clinical education to Philips customers across Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, North New Jersey and New York. You will provide basic to intermediate application training in hospitals and clinics throughout the geography.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging onsite clinical services, education, and training.
• Guide customers in testing workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality of solutions.
• Lead the learning experience through customer consultation and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Provide excellent customer experience for onsite training and communication.
• Maintain continuous communication on project status, issues, and delays with internal teams.
• Gain complete knowledge of relevant solutions per modality and obtain advanced proficiency.
• Address and resolve a diverse scope of problems, demonstrating good judgement.
• Travel approximately 75% of the time, including overnight stays and occasional national travel.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a cardiovascular or interventional radiology Registered Radiologic Technologist.
• Prior clinical preceptor, clinical training, or adult‑education delivery experience preferred.
• Current ARRT certification and advanced certification in CV, CI, VI, or RCIS (or obtain within 12 months).
• Certificate or associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) preferred.
• Ability to work in hospital/healthcare environments and comply with radiation safety requirements.

Required skills

• Image Guided Therapy (IGT) systems.
• Radiologic Technology (ARRT certification).
• Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology procedures.
