Gephart VA and Travel is seeking a remote Client Support Representative to guide customers through the travel‑booking process. The role focuses on answering enquiries, handling support requests, and resolving booking issues to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for travelers.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Experience in customer support, customer service, or another client‑facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
• Friendly, patient, and solution‑oriented approach.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Comfortable learning and using customer support tools, booking platforms, and technology systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Travel, hospitality, reservations, or related industry experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of client relationship management, travel booking, reservation support, and remote communication tools.
