Remote Appointment Setter

About the role

SG Services is seeking motivated Appointment Setters to join its fully remote team. In this role you will help B2B clients connect with decision‑makers, generate qualified sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers across multiple industries.
• Schedule qualified sales appointments for clients and internal sales teams.
• Follow approved outreach strategies and messaging campaigns.
• Maintain accurate activity records in CRM systems.
• Consistently meet or exceed appointment‑setting and productivity targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign performance and lead quality.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Computer with minimum 8 GB RAM and Intel i3 processor (or equivalent).
• Internet speed of at least 30 Mbps.
• Backup internet connection and backup computer or device.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems and sales‑engagement platforms.
