Client Solutions Manager, Technology

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Client Solutions Manager for its technology practice in Fort Lauderdale. You will develop your own client base by marketing full-time placement solutions and deliver exceptional service to clients and contract professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow your own client base by marketing full-time placement solutions for technology, using your proven technology and/or recruiting background
• Market to technology clients by telephone and video and hold in-person meetings with key decision makers
• Take part in local association and networking events to strengthen Robert Half's presence in the local business community
• Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and keep ongoing contact with client companies and contract professionals on assignment
• Resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed weekly business development goals

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required; technology degree preferred
• 2+ years of business-to-business development experience and/or in a technology-related field preferred
• Strong desire to build a career in business development, with proven closing skills and the ability to build client relationships
• Proven track record of success, competitive and self-motivated

Required skills

• Combination of business development and account management skills
• Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a sense of urgency
