Client Solutions Manager, Technology

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Client Solutions Manager for its technology practice in Hoffman Estates. You will develop your own client base by marketing contract talent solutions and place well-matched candidates while maintaining close contact with clients and contract professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow your own client base by marketing contract talent solutions using your technology and/or recruiting background
• Market through video, telephone and in-person and virtual meetings with C-level executives and key decision makers
• Take part in local association and networking events to strengthen Robert Half's presence in the local business community
• Select well-matched candidates for client job orders and keep ongoing contact with clients and assigned professionals
• Resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently
• Meet and exceed weekly business development goals

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of business-to-business development experience and/or in an IT-related field preferred
• Strong desire to build a career in business development, with proven closing skills and client relationship building
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, urgent environment
• Proven track record of success, competitive and self-motivated

What we offer

• Salary range of $57,000 to $81,000, negotiable with experience and location; bonus eligibility based on performance objectives
