Client Solutions Director - Management Resources

About the role

Robert Half is recruiting a Client Solutions Director for its Management Resources practice in Southfield, Michigan. You will cultivate project and business consulting opportunities for clients in finance and accounting, human resources and operations, and business systems and transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Present services to new and existing clients by video, telephone and in-person meetings
• Build enterprise-wide relationships with key stakeholders to pitch Robert Half's offerings for complex client initiatives needing senior-level professionals
• Research hiring trends, the labour market and the competitor landscape
• Deliver and analyse marketplace insights and industry trends so clients view you as a trusted business advisor

Required profile

• Business-related degree, ideally in finance or accounting; CPA and/or MBA a plus
• 5+ years of professional experience
• Public/industry accounting, finance or professional services experience a plus
• Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong relationship-building and persuasion skills at all levels of the organisation

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Salesforce or another CRM system a plus
