Client Services Analyst – Houston, TX

About the role

This position supports the strategic and daily management of Greystar's Client Services team in Houston. The analyst gathers and analyzes financial data for assets marketed for sale, conducts underwriting for potential management assignments, interprets market trends, and works directly with clients to enhance satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Compile and analyze financial information to create underwriting models for acquisition pursuits.
• Engage clients throughout the acquisition process, providing insights on rental trends, expense management, value‑add opportunities, cap rate trends, and valuation methodologies.
• Meet with prospective purchasers to promote Greystar’s management services and nurture client relationships.
• Assist developers by analyzing market comparable data, development pipeline information, competing asset expenses, amenity analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with Client Services, operations, and marketing teams to respond to Requests for Proposals for management assignments.
• Perform market surveys for due diligence, preparing metrics, comparing data, and finalizing roll‑ups for audits.
