Client Service Representative (CSR)

About the role

The Client Service Representative (CSR) works closely with Boutique Management to ensure a seamless, high‑quality experience for every guest at the Saks boutique in Beverly Hills. This full‑time, on‑site position oversees the cash wrap, POS system, after‑sales service, and daily boutique operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and high product knowledge.
• Accurately operate registers, manage cash and media, and complete opening/closing procedures.
• Handle phone inquiries, messages, and transfers with professional etiquette.
• Assist with packing, wrapping, and processing exchanges or returns in partnership with the leadership team.
• Maintain orderly register area, stock supplies, and support merchandising, floor moves, and display upkeep.
• Participate in inventory counts, loss‑prevention activities, and overall boutique operational tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of retail cashier experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Physical capacity to stand for long periods and lift merchandise or fixtures.
