Client Service Associate

About the role

ASL Financial, LLC is a boutique financial planning and advisory firm seeking an experienced Client Service Associate. The role involves direct client contact and supports advisors in delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and accurately to client requests.
• Assist advisors with meeting preparation and follow‑up tasks.
• Process account opening applications, transfer paperwork, and money movements.
• Manage brokerage tasks and workflow adjustments.
• Enter data into the financial planning software NaviPlan.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently without micromanagement.
• Quick learner of new technology and software.
• Effective communicator who works well in a collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with financial planning software (NaviPlan).
• Familiarity with Pershing is a plus.
