Client Partner – Telecom

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Client Partner to lead the Telecom vertical in Bridgewater, NJ. The role focuses on managing client relationships, driving business development, and ensuring delivery excellence for a portfolio worth up to $50 million.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic client relationships, overseeing a portfolio of $30‑50 M.
• Own the full opportunity management cycle – prospect, evaluate, propose, and close deals.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to guarantee fulfillment of all client commitments.
• Create and govern comprehensive account plans, including pricing decisions and opportunity tracking.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and deliver client presentations and proposals.
• Work with Delivery Managers to resolve people or infrastructure issues affecting project delivery.
• Balance multiple projects across different delivery managers and competency units.
• Drive revenue from go‑to‑market solutions and partner with Solutions Leaders to craft customized pitches.
• Support pre‑sales proposals and contribute to future alliances with product vendors.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large client accounts in the telecom sector.
• Demonstrated ability to handle P&L responsibilities for portfolios up to $50 million.
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
