Client Partner – Telecom Services

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Client Partner in the Telecom/Communication Services vertical to lead client relationships for a portfolio worth $30‑50 million. Based in Bridgewater, NJ, the role combines sales execution, account planning and delivery assurance to drive growth and ensure client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end client relationships, from prospecting to closing opportunities.
• Develop and own an account plan that outlines relationships, opportunities, pricing and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with delivery managers and competency units to ensure commitments are met and issues are resolved.
• Conduct market and competitor research, prepare client presentations, estimates and proposals.
• Drive go‑to‑market solutions and work with the Solutions Leader to create customized solution pitches.
• Support pre‑sales activities and pricing decisions within the Master Services Agreement.
• Provide input for future alliances with product vendors.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing client accounts with a P&L of $30‑50 million.
• Strong business development and sales execution capabilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple delivery teams and resources.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in the telecom or communication services sector.
