Client Partner – Europe (Remote)

About the role

Virtasant is seeking a senior Client Partner to lead and grow relationships with enterprise customers across Europe. This fully remote position will work with C‑level sponsors to shape AI and cloud strategies, drive delivery excellence, and expand the company’s portfolio of outcomes‑through‑automation services.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with VP and C‑level sponsors, becoming their go‑to advisor for AI and cloud initiatives.
• Develop and execute account strategies that drive expansion, innovation, and long‑term revenue growth.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery commitments, ensuring high‑quality outcomes for each client engagement.
• Manage the commercial stack: statements of work, forecasting, margin, staffing, and contract renewals.
• Coordinate with delivery leads, engineers, and solution architects to deliver optimal results.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or strategic account leadership with a proven record of growing accounts.
• Strong business acumen and technical competence to translate executive challenges into technology solutions.
• Hands‑on experience managing the full commercial lifecycle (SOWs, forecasting, margin, procurement, staffing).
• Comfort operating in fast‑moving, lean environments and willingness to roll up sleeves.
• Demonstrated success delivering AI‑based solutions, cloud transformation (AWS, Azure, GCP), or enterprise modernization at Fortune 500 scale.
