Client Partner – Consumer (US Remote)

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Client Partner to lead client interactions for its Consumer Retail & Logistics vertical. The role focuses on managing a single large account or a portion of a larger account with a P&L of $30‑50M, driving business development and ensuring delivery excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, build a portfolio of $30‑50M and own the full opportunity cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to guarantee fulfillment of all client commitments.
• Create and govern account plans, including stakeholder mapping, opportunity identification, pricing decisions and revenue targets.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, lead client presentations and oversee proposal development and commercial negotiations.
• Partner with Delivery Managers to resolve people or infrastructure issues impacting project delivery.
• Balance multiple projects across different delivery units and drive adoption of go‑to‑market solutions.
• Work closely with Solutions Leaders to design tailored solution pitches and ensure successful revenue realization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client‑facing roles within consumer retail, CPG or logistics sectors.
• Strong business development and account management capabilities.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex, multi‑project environments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
