Client Operations Associate (Remote)

About the role

River is seeking a Client Operations Associate to directly interface with clients, manage inquiries, and help scale operational processes for its bitcoin‑focused financial platform.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client questions and feedback about River’s products and services.
• Analyze client activity to identify trends and inform product improvements.
• Develop and implement operational efficiencies and automation to support growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams—including Relationship Management, Engineering, Financial Operations, Risk Management, and Client Services—to resolve issues and enhance the client experience.

Required profile

• Entry‑level or early‑career candidate eager to grow in client operations.
• High agency self‑starter comfortable in a fast‑paced fintech startup.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Adaptable, able to juggle multiple tasks and shift focus quickly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic knowledge of SQL (preferred but not required).
