Client Insights & Strategy Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Client Insights & Strategy Manager to lead and grow relationships with our strategic clients, helping them unlock the full value of NPS Prism’s customer experience benchmarking platform. The role is remote and reports to the client engagement team.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic clients leveraging NPS Prism’s CX insights and ensure they achieve measurable improvements.
• Act as the primary point of contact, building strong, long‑term partnerships with senior marketers, business leaders and consumer‑insights professionals.
• Combine industry knowledge, CX expertise and analytical insights to guide clients in developing winning customer‑experience and loyalty strategies.
• Identify change levers, communicate recommendations to senior leadership and support implementation.
• Collaborate with Bain case teams as a CX subject‑matter expert, contributing data‑driven insights to business‑development initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing client relationships in a consulting or data‑analytics environment.
• Strong understanding of customer‑experience measurement, NPS methodology and benchmarking.
• Ability to translate analytical findings into actionable strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative mindset.
