About the role

Join a fast‑paced real estate team operating in Maryland and Virginia, engaging directly with clients to build lasting relationships. This full‑time, in‑office position requires evening and weekend availability and a valid real estate license.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to incoming inquiries via calls, texts, and emails.
• Maintain and update CRM and sales pipeline systems.
• Match clients with the appropriate Outside Sales Agent.
• Foster ongoing relationships with past clients and collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to multitask.
• Valid Maryland and/or Virginia real estate license.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software and sales pipeline tools.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable learning new computer programs and internet‑based software.
