Cleanroom Operator – Medical Device Manufacturing

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Cleanroom Operator to support the production of high‑quality medical devices in its Austin, Texas facility. The role ensures the cleanroom environment remains sterile and compliant with strict regulatory standards while contributing to efficient manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cleanroom equipment, including heat‑sealing and labeling machines.
• Assist in sterilizing medical devices using validated methods and maintain accurate sterilization logs.
• Generate and affix product labels, clean/dust components, and perform boxing and packaging tasks.
• Verify and record lot numbers, serial numbers, quantities, and cycle counts.
• Complete production batch records, work orders, and inspection reports in a timely manner.
• Perform daily reporting, routine maintenance, and keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or vocational training is a plus.
• Prior experience working in a cleanroom environment, preferably within medical device manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining sterility.
• Ability to follow strict protocols and quality standards.
