Cleaning Technician – Evening/Night Shift

About the role

DNC Facility Services is hiring dependable, detail‑oriented Cleaning Technicians for a commercial account in Tyler, TX. This position works in a high‑responsibility industrial environment where safety, awareness, and consistency are critical. Candidates must take pride in their work, follow directions carefully, and be ready to perform each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Clean offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
• Follow all site safety and security procedures without exception.
• Properly use cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Complete tasks thoroughly, consistently, and on time.
• Communicate clearly with the Team Lead and coworkers.

Required profile

• Reliable and consistently on time – no exceptions.
• Ability to follow directions and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to complete required safety training/classes.
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
