About the role

We are seeking a Transportation Civil Engineer to lead plan production for local municipalities and ODOT projects, collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and consulting partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead plan production efforts for transportation projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Interact with clients, contractors, and other consulting companies.
  • Develop project budgets, schedules, and technical proposals.
  • Prepare quantities and construction cost estimates for bidding.
  • Work with technical staff to deliver design and consulting services.

Required profile

  • B.S. in Civil Engineering.
  • P.E. license or in process of obtaining.
  • 1‑15 years of transportation design experience.
  • Strong sense of urgency, self‑initiative, and continuous learning mindset.
