About the role

The Driftwood Golf & Ranch Club, part of Discovery Land Company, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join its Food & Beverage Culinary Department. You will support the culinary team by preparing dishes, managing kitchen stations, and ensuring high‑quality dining experiences for members and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, deliveries, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
• Lead and assign duties to cooks for events and daily service.
• Ensure all dishes meet taste, temperature, visual appeal, and portion standards.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including proper labeling and dating of products.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and report issues to management.
• Uphold company dress code and professional appearance.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of full‑service restaurant experience, preferably as a lead line cook.
• Culinary degree or certification is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude, strong communication, and a team‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced knife skills.
• ServSafe knowledge and safe food‑handling practices.
• Experience with farm‑to‑table cooking concepts.
