Channel Business Manager – Build Partner Pipeline in Chicago

About the role

Aikido Security is looking for its first Channel Business Manager in Chicago to create and scale a partner‑driven revenue engine across VARs, resellers, and MSPs. You will own the channel motion from day one, working closely with the US sales team and leadership to generate net‑new pipeline and close partner‑sourced deals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own a new partner pipeline across VARs, resellers, and MSPs in the US East region.
• Leverage existing partner relationships to create early opportunities and accelerate market entry.
• Pitch Aikido solutions to partner account managers and enable them to position and sell the product.
• Run joint go‑to‑market motions that generate pipeline and revenue.
• Close partner‑sourced deals and support partner‑influenced opportunities.
• Track pipeline creation, partner engagement, and revenue KPIs through CRM/PRM systems.
• Identify and recruit new partners in collaboration with the global partnerships team.
• Help shape the early US channel playbook and repeatable motions.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in channel sales, partner sales, or B2B SaaS sales.
• Proven track record of building pipeline through partners.
• Existing network of VARs, resellers, or MSPs in Chicago or the US East.
• Demonstrated ability to open doors and activate partner sellers.
• Experience in fast‑paced or scale‑up environments.
• Strong ownership mindset with a bias toward action and persistence.
