About the role

Join the Hagerstown Nursing and Rehab team as a GNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) to provide compassionate, patient‑centered care alongside our nursing staff.

Key responsibilities

Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and incontinence care.
Monitor vital signs, document patient care activities, and support medication administration as directed by licensed staff.
Collaborate with nursing staff to develop individualized care plans and provide emotional support to patients and families.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for residents.

Required profile

Graduate of a state‑approved Certified Nursing Assistant program.
Current CNA certification in Maryland.
Ability to lift, transfer and move patients with mobility impairments.
Excellent communication, teamwork skills and a compassionate, patient‑focused attitude.
