About the role

R+L Carriers is hiring Class A Linehaul Drivers for its Canton, MA service center. Drivers pull van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between service centers or turn‑point locations and return home daily.

Key responsibilities

• Pull van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations.
• Complete each run and return home daily.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least 1 year of combined verifiable Class A driving experience in the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, no more than three moving violations in the past 3 years).
• Age 23 (or 21 if meeting FMCSA specifications for military‑to‑civilian transition).
• Pass pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen and road test.
• Ability to safely operate equipment, lift, bend and stoop as required.

Required skills

• Operation of double‑trailer configurations.
• Haz‑mat handling and endorsement (preferred).
• LTL freight experience (preferred).
