CDL‑A City Delivery Driver – $37.94/hr, Full‑Time

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking a CDL‑A City P&D Driver for a full‑time, Monday‑Friday schedule at our Burlington Township, NJ service center. Drivers earn $37.94 per hour, work various shifts, and return home each night.

Key responsibilities

• Perform city delivery and pickup of freight, returning to the terminal daily.
• Handle multiple stops per working day using scanning equipment.
• Interact directly with customers and complete lift‑gate deliveries using an electric pallet jack.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least 1 year of verifiable Class A experience within the past 3 years.
• Good driving record (MVR and PSP) with no serious violations and no more than three moving violations in the past three years.
• Age 23 (or 21 if FMCSA specifications for military transition are met).
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Physical ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
• Dependable and able to operate equipment safely at all times.
