CDL A Team Truck Driver – $140k‑$160k, Home Weekly

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking experienced CDL Class A Team Drivers for full‑time positions. Drivers will enjoy a home‑every‑week schedule, dedicated runs, and a competitive compensation package.

Key responsibilities

• Transport trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations.
• Maintain a 5‑day on‑road, 2‑day home schedule each week.
• Perform dedicated runs when available.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment at all times.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• At least 1 year of combined verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, ≤3 moving violations in 3 years).
• Age 23 (or 21 with FMCSA military transition specifications).
• Pass pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stoop without difficulty.
• Dependable and able to work safely.

Required skills

• CDL Class A operation.
• Haz‑mat endorsement (preferred).
• Doubles/Triples endorsement (preferred).
• Tanker endorsement (preferred).
• LTL freight handling experience.
