Catering Manager

About the role

Westpal Business Advisory is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Catering Manager to lead the planning, preparation, and delivery of catering services for events and daily operations in Wa. The role combines strategic menu development with hands‑on supervision to ensure exceptional food quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Design and plan menus that cater to diverse preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Supervise food preparation, ensuring consistency, safety, and high standards.
• Manage and motivate a team of catering staff, scheduling shifts and overseeing performance.
• Maintain inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor client feedback and continuously improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food service or catering management, preferably in large‑scale event logistics.
• Strong leadership and organisational abilities with a track record of managing teams.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with staff, vendors, and clients.
• Relevant certifications in food safety, catering management, or hospitality are a plus.
