About the role

The General Manager leads a McDonald’s‑branded restaurant owned by an independent franchisee. You will be responsible for delivering a profitable operation while maintaining the brand’s high standards of quality, service and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

Drive restaurant profitability and meet financial targets.
Ensure compliance with McDonald’s customer standards for quality, service and cleanliness.
Set restaurant goals in partnership with senior leadership and develop action plans.
Lead, coach and develop Department Managers and Shift Managers.
Oversee hiring, training, scheduling and performance management of the team.
Monitor departmental performance and implement improvements.

Required profile

Proven experience as a General Manager in a high‑volume quick‑service or hospitality environment.
Strong background in restaurant or retail operations.
Minimum age of 18 years.
