Cart Attendant – Golf Club

About the role

The Crossing Creeks Country Club (CCCC) in Longview, TX is seeking a full‑time Cart Attendant to ensure smooth golf operations and exceptional service for members and guests. This non‑exempt position works flexible hours from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, up to 40 hours per week, including weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Load, clean, stage, and store golf carts efficiently.
• Assist members and guests with check‑in, provide water coolers, fill sand bottles, and perform basic cart maintenance.
• Pick up and wash range balls, collect trash, and maintain a safe, organized environment.
• Report any issues promptly to the Club Supervisor and follow the chain of command.

Required profile

• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering top‑notch customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Reliability, integrity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to meet scheduling demands and willingness to cover additional duties as needed.

Required skills

• Current TABC/food handling license.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
