Caregiver – Home Health Support

About the role

Join a locally owned home health agency that values both staff and clients. Provide compassionate personal care and support to clients across the Denver Metro area, with flexible morning and night shifts available on a part‑time or full‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, transfers, ambulation, and medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping duties including bed making, bathroom cleaning, laundry, kitchen cleanup, and running errands.
• Prepare and serve meals, document care activities, and report client concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate paperwork, attend case conferences, and communicate schedule changes promptly.

Required profile

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to follow care plans, report injuries immediately, and uphold agency standards.
