About the role

Earn $20 per hour in a full‑time, 100% remote W‑2 position helping members access the care they need. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, book and confirm appointments, follow up on missed visits, and keep scheduling systems accurate. The role is ideal for bilingual Spanish‑English speakers who enjoy clear tasks and stable work.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls to book appointments
Take inbound calls from members
Confirm appointments and follow up on missed visits
Update scheduling systems quickly and accurately
Escalate urgent member needs when they arise
Provide courteous service and answer member inquiries

Required profile

Fluency in both Spanish and English
At least one year of experience in a call‑center, scheduling, or customer‑service role
U.S. residency
Reliable, on‑time work habits
Ability to stay focused while working remotely
Comfortable using remote communication tools
