About the role
We are looking for a motivated Call Center Agent to join Avalonvi’s customer service team. In this position you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information and support to our clients while representing the brand in a professional manner.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls courteously.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide product or service information, and resolve routine issues.
- Document each interaction in the customer management system and keep records up‑to‑date.
- Escalate complex or unresolved matters to the appropriate department.
- Support team performance goals and adhere to service‑quality standards.
Required profile
- Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.
- Customer‑focused attitude with a professional and positive demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good organizational and time‑management skills.
- Reliable, adaptable and detail‑oriented.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including email, data entry and use of customer management systems.
