About the role
Liberty Mutual is looking for motivated individuals to join its Inbound Sales team on a remote basis. You will handle warm leads and inbound calls, guiding potential and existing policyholders toward the right insurance solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to warm leads generated by marketing efforts.
- Assess customers' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Convert qualified leads into policyholders while maintaining high service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet sales targets.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and determination.
- Residency in Minnesota or Louisiana.

- Starting base salary of $45,000 with commission potential.
- Average first‑year earnings between $55,000 and $75,000; top performers can exceed $85,000.
